Do I need an appointment?: Yes. Everything is by appointment only. Book a time online, or call the shop.
What if I miss my appointment?: Booking fees are non-refundable, including for missed appointments. Please book a time you're sure you can keep.
Can I bring my own fabric?: Yes. Choose from our library of fabrics or provide your own; we welcome clients who have specific fabrics in mind.
How long does a custom piece take?: Typically two to three weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
How long do alterations take?: Simple adjustments may take a few days. More elaborate alterations, like wedding dresses, may take up to two weeks.
What should I bring to a fitting?: Any shoes or undergarments you plan to wear with the garment, to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you make uniforms and merch?: Yes. We design and produce custom uniforms for businesses, and merchandise with custom prints and logos.
What does private label cost?: The basic package is $499: fabric sourcing, house pattern, personalized sample and custom fit. The premium package is $1,299: custom design, pattern development, grading and marking, and a production-ready sample.
