Appointments and deposits
Alterations ($35), Custom ($350) and Private Label ($200) appointments are paid when you book, to hold the time. The fee is credited toward the work you go on to book with us. Showroom visits are complimentary.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Booking fees are non-refundable, including for missed appointments. The studio is by appointment only and your time is held for you, so please book a time you're sure you can keep. If something comes up, call or email as early as you can.
Custom work and alterations
Custom and altered garments are made to your measurements and are not returnable. Fit adjustments after delivery will be covered here.
